How can I access a portable copy of my personal data?

As a Motivo customer, you're entitled to request a copy of the personal data we hold for you. You can do this by signing into Your Account and visiting the 'account settings' page.

Once requested, we'll provide the data in XML and HTML formats. These formats are commonly used in the insurance industry, however we understand they're not the easiest thing to read. To make it more reader-friendly, open the XML document, right click and select "export" or "open" into an Excel workbook
