New Business Application and Renewal Process

When considering your new business application or renewal, we’ll use data supplied to us by Credit Reference Agencies.

We’ll use a ‘soft’ search to provide your initial quote. This search is recorded at the Credit Reference Agencies, however it’s only visible to us and yourself and not other lenders.

When you purchase a policy or renew with us and agree to pay by instalment, the search we complete at the Credit Reference Agencies will then be recorded and is known as a hard footprint. A hard footprint is visible to other lenders when they complete a search.
